Just went for a 2nd visit and had the most horrible experience. Understaffed and have no clue what they are doing. I had spoken to the lady in advance for my kids appointments and she told me I didn’t “confirm” my appointment but I talked to her. Waited 4 1/2 hours just for my kids to be seen and the doctor is VERY unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak to others properly. He rudely and criticized his ONE employee he had working and made her do EVERYTHING. She was obviously new and she couldn’t do ANY of her task. As a parent I knew I should’ve never taken my kids and she looked like she couldn’t give my kids there shots. Not in order at all would never recommend to anyone with kids or in general. Poor leadership and lack of communication. Can’t even get proper documentation unless you provide them yourself just horrible. 0 stars if I could.

made an appointment for a physical took them weeks to get me in . got here today for my physical and they told me they couldn’t do it , told me they were gonna have to bring me back end of febuaary , I told them I needed it today which is why I made the appointment , doctor then got upset with me and asked why I waited so long , I told them this is why I made the appointment and the soonest they could get me in . He then told me to come back Monday front desk lady said she’d get me in for it if I bring 200$. office is very understaffed , doctor Malhotra is VERY RUDE front desk lady is all over the place , threw my ID at me . The office is also very filthy and dirty with dust bunny’s everywhere .

I have never ever had a doctor rush me out of a office. I was in his office for not even 10 minutes. I told him a couple issues I had and then my wife had a couple other issues that she wanted to bring up and he told us that we would have to make another appointment for that. I never felt comfortable talking to him so I immediately changed doctors. I see why his rating is 2.8

Be prepared to pay out of pocket for every visit even if your health insurance is in their network. They don't tell you that over the phone when you schedule the appointment.

Horrible my husband and i took our kidst in and waited 5 hours in lobby just to be assisted, kids were getting shots there was a new worker and she had no clue what she was doing , doctor was rude and tried to yell at us for having missing documents will definitely not be returning !!!!!

As a patient of Doctor Malhotra, I’m very disappointed. This doctor doesn’t help you, he cares more about money than he does about his patients. Very poor service. They never answer the phone, but it’s not the receptionists fault. But they’re also being overworked into tasks of multiple jobs. Simply put, I don’t recommend this doctor at all.

Dr Malhotra is very thorough, he listens and welcomes questions. He explains health issues in detail, is very caring and patient and has a nice sense of humor. I feel very comfortable with him and his staff. I would recomend and have recommended him to friends.
