Dr Raxenberg, I have been searching for a PCP for months and thought that I finally found someone to provide care. Much to my surprise and shock I was told you do not accept snowbirds. Your receptionist thought it was hysterically funny and kept repeating herself. Shame on you for dismissing people who really need help and find it almost impossible to find a good doctor.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Raxenberg for about a year. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and I am very pleased. The front office staff however - with the exception of Melanie who is excellent - are absolutely appalling. Incompetence and arrogance are a bad combination, and those women are better suited for working at a gas station than a doctor’s office.

Just saw Dr. Raxenberg today as a new patient. He gave me all the time that was needed to get to know my medical history. He is very thorough, caring, patient and sensitive. I'm very happy that I finally found an internist that really cares about his patients.

Love Dr. Rosenberg. Moved here 2 years ago from New York. Very thorough, listens n doesn't rush. Makes sure all proper tests are done in a very short timely manner. Just recommended him to a friend who will be needing a primary in Florida. No long wait in waiting room which is a big plus for me due to the fact that my biggest pet peeve is overbooking which he doesn't do. There is no reason to make an appt and wait 2 hrs to see a doctor. He is very busy but very organized the way his office is ran. Very professional. I would highly recommend him and his staff is great as well.
