The best optometrist I've ever dealt with, she helped me understand and explained things that other doctors who were just going through motions of work have never took the time help me understand. She also took the time with me and made sure my prescription was as perfect as we could get it, most doctor's gets aggravated and the prescription and clarity of my sight suffers because of it. Thank you for caring and doing your job the right way.

Dr Brown was very pleasant and helpful.
I was greeted with good vibes entering the store. The only thing I think could be improved would be name tags and titles perhaps. I myself always introduce myself as a healthcare professional and explain what my job is. I feel like that is a common courtesy. That’s just me.

Our recent visit was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Brian and efficiently checked in by the receptionist. After a brief overview of the facility (which we declined as we had pre-selected our choices from prior visits), we promptly commenced the process. Following the initial glaucoma test, Dr. Brown expertly conducted our examinations, providing professional and efficient service. We greatly appreciated the in-person consultation, a significant advantage over the virtual appointments offered by many other practices. The subsequent fitting and order placement, expertly handled by store manager Brian, were equally seamless and tailored to our preferences. We highly recommend this establishment (10/10 rating) and will certainly return for future visits. We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire staff for their outstanding service.

Very nice staff, very informative. My only issue is they are a little pricey when it comes to frames, but they guarantee better quality. I will still definitely go back.

My experience was not what I was expecting. I was scheduled to see Dr. Amanda Brown, however, I saw a completely different optometrist for my exam and wasn't notified of this. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 but I wasn't seen until 3:15. One would think that if they were scheduled for 2:30, that the optometrist wouldn't pull another patient back at that time, causing your appointment to be delayed. In addition to my appointment being delayed, I had to listen to one of the staff members talk to a customer about his daughter having blood in her stool. I found this to be highly unprofessional. I felt like the optometrist brushed off my concerns and leaving the appointment reminded me why I will find a local optometrist instead of visiting a big box store. If you want professionalism, I would stay away from here.

Great doctor, and exam went well! Trying to pay and place order for my glasses was the problem. Apparently there is only one person who does this so when she got sick it delayed my daughters glasses for an extra 3 weeks at which point I had to keep calling to try and get through. No one was reaching out to me. They even hung up on me a few times after being on hold for over 30 minutes without returning my call. Finally when I was able to pay they told me my coupon was expired by 2 days and they could not honor it!

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. Rude staff who practically begged us to cancel our appointments after we arrived. After several text messages confirming we were in fact coming to our appointments we were informed after checking in (with less than pleasant employee who seemed she rather be anywhere but there) that they could not fit us for glasses or contacts. Both the doctor and employees literally told us they did not want to be there. We will not be coming back and will definitely advise others to not go.
