I've been a patient of Dr. Del Valle 4 years. The staff & provider couldn't be nicer or offer better service. Dr. Is always available to his patient for anything we might need.

Dr. Del Valle is amazing as a person and doctor. He is the doctor you want ,he is there to answer all your questions and concerns and takes the time to listen. Which you never find that anymore. I highly recommend him !! I have been with him over 5 years now, and I wouldn't change him for anyone . Always available and the staff is very attentive and excellent especially Grace !

This review is for the Primary Care Physicians Group, where Dr. Del Valle works. The office is beyond disorganized, you can call all day long and never get to speak to a person. Last week I had to stop by their office (pay parking) to talk to them because no one was picking up the phone. their excuse: Oh we forgot to un-click the button on the phone! I needed to talk to someone about the billing, because they billed my Doctor's visit under specialist and I got charged more, also the billing codes for my preventive labs were wrong so I got a bill from Lab Corp. I was told the person I need to talk to only works Friday and I should call Friday! OK I"VE BEEN TRYING THIS FOR 3 WEEKS NOW!
I have no doubts that Dr. Del Valle is a great doctor. I had a very good and passive experience with him, but I don't think Doctors are very aware of how the office is run. I'm really considering changing doctors for myself and my family because I can't put up with this messy office.

My past two experiences have been very pleasant, due to the well organized and hygeinic office. The doctor was formal and did not hesitate to answer/explain any questions I asked. Most importantly, especially for those of us that are always on the run, the wait time was at a minimal and can not complain.
