The man is a great Doctor, great bedside manner, very intelligent, but lately his Office is not responding to calls or don't have the trained medical personnel to do annual physicals. The cost of MDVIP is too high for just a few visits each year

My family has been with Dr Castiel for 30 years. He has always taken good care of us. We can reach him any time, any day and if he is with another patient he always gets back to us as soon as he is able.

Dr Castiel is a fantastic Dr. He is caring, professional and easy to talk to. There have been times, prior to his joining MDVIP that we had to wait longer than we'd like but since joining MDVIP, our wait time is under 15 minutes. His response time to texts and/or phone calls is very quick. I have had to text him on weekends and evenings and he always gets back to me right away. His staff all know our names and attend to us right away. We have definitely gotten our money's worth from this practice and MDVIP. It's the price you pay for piece of mind.

Love the care i receive from Dr Castiel. MDVIP program helped me when i had a fall and hospital stay. DR Castiel was great with my care and the collaboration with my orthopedic surgeon. Follow-up was great. Wish my relatives in NC had the same level of care.
