The staff and dentist are absolutely amazing! My son had his braces done here 2 years ago, now my daughter is getting hers. We couldn’t be happier. I've never had the experience of having to almost beg for a service that I AM paying for. If I want something specific, the doctor should be professional enough to perform these types of tasks, whether common or constant; and yet having to say if I should leave angry or frustrated by the service, not to mention that he apparently prefers to interrupt or not speak at all with a patient just because he doesn't have time between appointments? Quite frustrating. Don't waste your time, because if the doctor thinks that the procedure you need is going to take a lot of your time (and ego, apparently), he won't do it, not to mention the excessive costs that one is willing to pay. A shame. Not returning to that place is a win.

I walked in for a quote and walked out with braces! I am very excited for this journey. Andrea was kind and very thorough when explaining my payment plan options. The ortho was amazing and gentle. So was the woman that put my bracket brackets on. Also, I was able to enjoy a dope movie while getting them installed so that kept me entertained.

This is an amazing place. Shout out to those who have worked so hard to provide such an impeccably managed office. The staff is truly attentive to all our needs. They immediately greet you with a friendly and truly kind manner. Every person who works here is full of pride and knowledge. This office will guide you through the financial/billing process with considerate step by step guidance. Dr. Elliot Zharnitsky delivers a calm and compassionate manner in his approach to his profession. He took the time to thoroughly share everything we needed to hear and kindly answered each and every question we had. My child felt heard and it meant so much to us that he walked us through the entirety of this process. Dr. Zharnitsky explained procedures clearly and made a point of explaining in layman’s terms the procedures he would be performing and why. We are vastly grateful he has dedicated his life to serve us here in Brooklyn. This really is highly recommended!

We had a great experience at Downtown braces! The staff was super friendly, booked my appointment for a time that was convenient for me and even put on the braces on the same day as the initial appointment! Putting on the braces was very smooth, pain free. And the cost is very affordable! Great place, highly recommend!
