Curious about last two visits w/dental hygienist, was not given the measured distance read out done on gums regarding gum health? Yet, still charged $200+ for visit. New policy? Or bc I'm 80yrs+ & not that important? Just asking...otherwise service was professional & personable staff.

I can’t say enough about how incredible this dental office is. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here with all of the staff and dentists. I have had extensive dental work done over the last two years, and I am so grateful I found this office through an online search and reading reviews. The hype is real! From the front office girls, Irma and Sophia, to the dental assistants Vivi and Adrian who go above and beyond to ensure the experience I have is great. My deep cleanings with Ashley are always thorough. And of course the kind, excellent dentist l Dr. Kiro. From root canals, crowns, deep cleanings, routine perio maintenance- I get everything done here time key, efficiently, and comfortably. I recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a professional, comfortable, easy dental experience. 1000000 stars! Thank you all for being so good to me and my teeth!

Extremely satisfied with this place . Have been coming here for a while . Extremely recommended and highly recommended for first time patients .

The Dentist is very good and gentle very professional, But the front desk financial people will upscale your treatment and exhaust all of your financial benefits when they don't have to so any other treatment you need your going to have to come out of your pocket or get finance with them it's all a racket people beware and get a second opinion before you agree to any treatment.

The front desk customer service was great! However, the dentist who did my standard cleaning and later did my extraction was not the kindest. I was very nervous for my extraction, I shared that with the dentist and he was still not kind. He actually made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

I haven't been to the dentist in 10+ years because of anxiety and I knew it was finally time to go. I found Downey Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and they made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable here. They were very patient and understanding while working on me and I will definitely be coming back here to do my regular cleanings once they've done the rest of my work. Truly grateful for them!
