Evert time you have an appointment you have to wait at least an hour before they call you. Why make appointments at all? A walk in clinic would be faster. Not to mention I stood at the window for 10 minutes to check in before anyone even acknowledged me.. Still waiting at 11:40 for a 10:30 appointment.
The doctor; however, is very nice and listens to any concerns and addresses all of them. The lady who does labs is also very nice.

They are very attentive ,my doctor a very patient woman.
The nurse practitioner also,made suggestions on what is needed for your age and show concerns on things that are relivant to your well being on Living healthy. I give them 5 *

I love them! I had not seen a doctor in almost 2 years before stepping into their office. The appointment booking is quick and easy and are flexible in the event of a mishap. They did a full body diagnosis between blood work, specimen exams, ultrasounds and a mental evaluation. Kervie is the main doctor I see but the other doctors are just as exceptional as her. They take a natural and logical sense to your symptoms and small health concerns and then further provide a prescription if all else doesn't work. If you want a doctor to answer every single question you have even if it takes an hour or two hour to go through all of them with sufficed answers. It is a friendly environment where you can bring your little ones with you if you HAVE to while you go to see your doctor. The wait time is very short, the most you will wait for is the time it takes to get your file, results and anything else needed to your room. I would recommend this medical office to anyone that wants a real, common sense doctor.

I visited Dove Medical Center back in 2016 for a knee injury. I was very happy that they were adamant about my recovery. They scheduled some imaging and perscribed some medication. A few days following my visit, I went to my MRI appointment that Dove Med scheduled (prescribed) for me. Surprisingly, the front desk says that there is nothing scheduled for me. I was very confused. I decided to give Dove Medical a call to clear things up. After a few rings they answered the phone and said "We aren't open". I was shocked. My knee has since resurfaced and still, they are of no help.

Horrible doctors office. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Not a friendly staff. It seems they go out of the way to give you wrong information. The doctor herself is the only good thing at this place. If you could go to another office I would. Every 1 star review I've read has been accurately describing my experience going here.

This has to be THEE worst clinic in the city!!! The front desk person (I don’t know her name because none of them say hello or introduces themselves) took me to the exam room. Pretended to take my vitals, wrote down #’s she made up asked a few questions and left. The Dr came in (just as rude as the front desk person) didn’t introduce himself just rushed thru the visit. When I told him she took my vitals incorrectly he defended her and made excuses. Run (don’t walk) away from this place. I wouldn’t trust them to take care of a Dog!

Disgusting how people could see you come in with a fractured collarbone (proven by ER X-RAY) and have the nerve to treat you like you’re part of the opioid crisis. Before it was used for “fun” it was made to treat pain; ya know like fractured bones. A shot would have sufficed. Dispacable. Finding another PCP ASAP
