I live 2 hours away but need a medicine compounded. My doctor is in the area and highly recommended this place. They called me today. Super friendly, and very professional. Great price and shipping is free. Couldn't have been easier to get my prescription filled and shipped.

My husband and I live in Greystone and we wanted to take a minute to say how much we appreciate the personal service we get at Double Oak Pharmacy. The druggists are so patient, knowledgeable, and resourcefulness — no matter what concerns we have. The sales clerks are always friendly and never act as if we are bothering, them. We feel like Double Oak Mountain Pharmacy is just another appendage of our family .

Very good people, they actually know your name when you come in the store. Highly recommended. Much better service from Joe and his staff than at the box stores or chain pharmacies. Keep your money local and get the best service from good Christian people that will help you as much as they can on costs as well. Joseph is always finding coupons or ways to save me money and we talk football while I wait. Don't use anyone else!

I have been coming here for a few months for my family, mostly my kiddos at this point. I'd been going to a different compounding pharmacy in Homewood and was paying $55/month for my son's prescription and was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. I found out about this pharmacy, and Joseph spoke to me directly and let me know my insurance did in fact help with his prescription. I only had to pay $10 for a 3 month supply.

They are incredibly helpful, quick to answer the phone and any questions, and kind. They deliver within 5 miles of their shoppe and brought our meds to our door one night when we couldn't get there. Their prices for over the counter meds are reasonable inside, sometimes cheaper for generic brands than they would be at Walmart. Your money here is worth continuing to keep local business owners open.

Double Oak Mountain Pharmacy is by far the best that I have ever encountered. I am 85, so I have been around. Pharmacists who are friendly, accurate, fast, and ready to go the extra mile in Service. This is an independently Alabama owned Pharmacy. The owner is a Pharmacy PhD. and is a true master at Compounding not only medicines, but the calculation of every avenue of Insurance. A note for Retired Military; they process Tri Care for Life Pharmacy benefits.
