Dr Eagles practice took over my primarys practice when she retired. I see his nurse practitioner Cathy. Today i had my appointment. I had a lot to address and Cathy was wonderful. She took her time, answered all my questions and dealt with my issues. She spent almost an hour with me and didn't try to rush me. I couldn't have asked for a better visit! Also the office staff was great! I'm very happy with my new Doctors office!

I went to Dr Eagles office with my foot swollen double and my leg also. I had a sore on the very top. I have a lot of skin cancer and I needed a referral
1st time going to eagle
HE Said he did not know what it was and would give me a referral to go to a podiatrist but not a dermatologist. The next day it was hurting so bad I went to urgent care, they said go to a dermatologists. Stat. First I stopped at my Dr's office on the way home from the urgent care and asked again for a referral to go to a dermatologists, he said No ,make another appointment and He would cut it off.he wouldn't even give me antibiotics. I asked Hummana to close him down

Been to his office twice. Not once has he done any kind of exam. He replaced my former PCP, who was great. If I hadn’t been leaving the area I would be searching for a new MD.
I asked for refills on my primary meds at a visit in October. Nope, asked again in November. Nope, called his office 3 times. Got the BS oh those are necessary medications. BP mostly. Nope no refills sent to pharmacy. Pharmacy tried. Got crickets. A1C was elevated. I have a horrible diabetes family history. Asked to maybe try something to get a handle on it. Said he would call me. Never did. Asked again next visit. Nope.
Orders tests without asking me. Bone density. Had one. Eye exam, I do this annually, wasn’t time yet. I did have it done the day after my insurance would approve.
Asked about a weight loss med. Got lectured that 1000 calories a day locked in a room and I’d loose weight. My A1 C was elevated the prior time and I was able to loose with weight watchers. None of this things work. I am a very active senior. Now speaking of weight he should do a little self preaching.
His office staff is just as bad. I was unable to log into portal. I was still under Dr Findley. 2 calls and nope that never happened either.

I wonder if this doctor knows or even cares how rude and incompetent his staff is. I am tired of being lied to and talked down to by both the dr and his office clerks. Senior does not mean stupid. I will find another doctor.

Dr. Eagle seem to be a good, but waiting for a referral or have an office person call back has been a terrible experience. I have to call constantly. Is exhausting! I decided to go with another primary doctor.

I've just started seeing DR Eagle with 2 appointments so far and he seems to be a great Dr that takes his time to talk to you and makes things clear, easy to understand and tell you what you need to know, so far he's really good about what what Dr.'s are supposed to be, thanks DR Eagle

I wrote a horrible review about the staff at Dr Eagle’s office. I was so upset and now I regret saying what I said. I’m sure the staff try’s hard. Dr Eagle really listens. Anyone that works at the office is fortunate. I judged the staff and had no right to do that. I make a lot of mistakes. I apologize for this and I realize I let my mind take over that was negative thinking. I forgive myself and hope you can forgive me. Thank you

Worst experience in my 74 years.
Rude staff!
This practice seems only interested in billing for multiple repeat visits. Medicare visits very short.
