HORRIBLE! They do NOT answer the phones. I’ve been calling and calling and calling. On hold for over an hour multiple times. When they do answer they have NO IDEA what they are doing. Tried multiple times to book an ultrasound as I have a lump in my boob that is frightening to me. They don’t care. Told me many times they can’t book me without another piece to my order from the doctor. After going back and forth with this awful place and my drs office, I was finally able to make an appointment for WEEKS out. Unhelpful and extremely rude and hard to get a hold of. Also, why can’t doctors in different offices TALK TO ONE ANOTHER?!?! I find it insane that the patient needs to figure out faxing and ordering for breast exams or anything for that matter. You’re all under DIGNITY! Why is it so hard to get all the information needed to a specialist?! Maybe look in your computers and figure it out! Super disappointed and do not feel cared for at all as I should at a drs office.

Will not answer their phones, i called 2x daily for WEEKS, leaving detailed messages, 3 months later they call back about a URGENT referral from doctor. When they called they didn't care it was impossible to get through, was trying to be kind and let them know their phones were broken, turns out they aren't and they just don't answer them. The woman scoffed and gave attitude. Save yourself and just go to the sutter clinic where they are kind, prompt and professional. This place is the LAST place to go when you are vulnerable and scared, they don't care.

Usually I would give Dominican breast center 4 stars as I have been going there for years, and I’m grateful to them for finding my breast cancer. This visit was different. After recently having biopsy’s then two major surgeries in 2022/23, going for this appointment was harder and very triggering as you can imagine!
On arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for an ultrasound, which I had previously arranged to pay out of pocket. She informed me that I was there for a mammogram and ultrasound. I told her that I was not and she proceeded to explain a mammogram to me. I felt vulnerable and unheard, I felt like I had to defend myself In the reception area, obviously I'm not allowed mammograms post surgery. Then the Mammography technician appeared and tried to help. She said because of billing codes etc they had me down for both. She was quite abrupt with me and hadn’t been there for the entirety. She took be back and abruptly told me to disrobe from the waist up! I’m upset that I was treated in such a manner but more so that nobody said sorry for the confusion.
Luckily the ultrasound technician was lovely and very polite.

You can’t treat patients with such disrespect! I would never tolerate this from another service or industry.

I was overwhelmed by the entire staff- from reception to Dr. Kenneth Averill, for such over the top professionalism, kindness and warmth from mammogram, ultrasound and biopsies. Every individual I encountered was so incredible. I’ve never had such incredible service in any doctors office in my life…and I am 71😱! I wish I could recall names. There wasn’t a single staff member who didn’t give their all. While I found out I do have breast cancer, I could not be more grateful for this incredible team. 💕🙏🌺💃
