I am very pleased with this agency and the care I am currently receive. My surgeon loves my LVN that comes to visit me. He does a wonderful job and is very creative with the work he does. My surgeon even said "he is better at this stuff then I am" I have 2 drains for the last 3 months, I was told the stitches are always getting pulled out but as detailed he is i haven't needed any new stitches. Prior to my drains inserted I had an abscess for many months on my lower stomach starting from the inside working it’s way out that required a nurse to pack 3 times a week. Other nurses were unsuccessful with the management of my wound but Deejay is my nurse now and he had it healed within 8 weeks when others were not successful. I recommend him 100% Nora is the case manager and she is wonderful. Always polite and accommodating. This dynamic duo is on top of everything and will always be my first choice with Doctors Preferred Home Health.

I am a wound patient and had issues with a left BKA healing, bilateral amputee, I went to this agency by recommendation of a dear friend who experienced this agencies professionalism on a hospice level and I met an amazing nurse by the name of DJ. To see him was a misdirection but to hear him speak was like he had been doing this work his entire life for his knowledge was more advanced than any other nurse sent to my home. He has healed my wound more than any other agencies attempt. He has a great bedside manner and is always on time. He calls the night before and will update me if anything changes. This agency did great hiring this guy for he is an asset no other agency has been able to compete with. If ever you need a home health nurse call this place doctors preferred home health and request DJ. You won’t be disappointed my only regret is that I didn’t know him with my first BKA on the right needed treatment. Thank you for reading this.
