I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff was efficient and considerate. The facility was clean and well run. The PA was able to take into consideration the fact that I have no insurance in his recommendations. The handout they gave me at the end had helpful information. The only thing I would have changed was the loud tv in the waiting area that no one was really was really watching.

Great experience. I was due for a pap and they had time to squeeze that in during my visit. Anyone who has had a pap knows it’s not comfortable but Wendy Liu was SO gentle, I would literally do it again tomorrow. Also had bloodwork done and regretfully I don’t remember my nurses name but she was so kind and I didn’t feel a thing as she collected the sample. It was over before I knew it. Happily will go back to this location!

This time the treatment was not good, I was just a patient for a moment. The last time I was there I remember that even at the front desk, the assistant and the doctor were kind and explained everything to me. Today a women at the front desk when I returned to ask for a form was arrogant. The doctor who attended me only said that I had a virus without further explanation, and told me that he would go and fill out the paperwork and send the medication to the pharmacy, he left and then told the nurse to take me out because there was no paperwork. I went out and found him looking at the patio. I went back to ask if I was contagious and they spoke to him and he said yes that I should stay home. If not, who knows how many people would already be sick too. Then when I asked for the form the assistant reluctantly gave me the form as if to say "get out of here" but if they had done their job right the first time I would have left.

I had a really bad experience with customer service, however Judy Cabambam just made my day and changed my entire experience. She not only took care of the issue but was really caring and understanding. She had the most amazing customer service and genuinely cared about what I experienced. She took care of me and so did her staff. Thanks again and you have the best day

Fast and caring service! I was a walk in. Dr Alejandro Alvarez diagnosed me and took great care of me while there. Had an issue with the pharmacy and he right away had it taken care of!

I came in without an appointment. I was told to wait in my car and someone would be out soon. It wasn't more than 2 minutes. They checked me for covid and after the results I was told to come inside. I was given xrays, and took my vitals. Soon i was told that a prescription was ordered at my pharmacy. So it didn't take more than 25 minutes from coming in to leaving.

Very clean, very friendly staff (lots of staff), and surprisingly quick. There as probably 6 people ahead of us and we got in, had X-rays taken, provided follow-up care all in about an hour. Didn’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Would absolutely recommend!
