This service is absolutely outstanding!! Doctor P is thoughtful, thorough and patient, the nurses are wonderful and the staff is beyond compare! The convenience is the icing on the cake! They respond immediately and are so caring…they treat you like family! We used them, originally, for my father who needed to be seen at home, as he was in the very late stages of Alzheimer’s. Dr P was simply amazing with him. More recently, we found the need for an urgent care visit for another member of our family member and they were just as terrific! We will definitely continue to use them for all urgent care needs!

When you need him the most Dr Alon is always a phone call away. He will give you the best possible medical advice and help calm your mind. He has been an amazing physician for my entire family for years, treating both adults and kids. As a busy working Mom, I don’t always have days or weeks to wait and see a doctor. Dr. Payenson is truly the best! He has such a way of making his patients feel at ease. He made my husband and I so much more comfortable when getting tested for Covid in the thick of the pandemic…. Cannot say enough good things about Doctors on call 365!! Dr P has always been awesome, but one time that sticks out for me was when my little girl was 6 and needed a Strep test done, he came to our home and was able to put my super anxious girl at ease and get the test done. Highly recommend!!
