I went to this place with my family and the service is a disaster. We arrived and were attended at the reception, they did the immigration exam, it started when it was time to charge me for the service, get ready to have some cash because if you want to pay with debit, at the reception they will tell you that the Pos has no connection.
At the reception they told me to come to pick the result up after 10 days, when we arrived the results were not there because a laboratory test was missing since the person in charge had not gone to work, we had to come 16 days after the exam. we arrived at 9am to leave early, we had to wait for the doctor because he had problems and did not arrive until 10:30am and the Pos problem was present.
Get ready to get to a place where you will feel that you are being attended like if you were in Cuba.
Ohh there are unprofessional people, the receptionists are always fighting to each other. 🤦🏻‍♂️

When you ask for an answer or simply demand your rights, they are the ones who feel offended.

Don’t waste your time and money. It’s my suggestion.

My experience with them has been exceptional. I got a surgery at a major hospital and they sent me home with a terrible infection. Then I found this clinic near home, and they helped me out, thanks to them I got rid of my infection and I got to recover from the surgery. They are very human and attentive. They treat you like a family. Olga also helped me pick the best insurance according to my needs. The girls for insurance also have been very attentive every time I visit the clinic. Highly recommend this clinic.

I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. I paid $245 for a medical check-up that was supposed to be ready in 10 days, but it took much longer to receive it. Additionally, I had to go more than twice in vain because they told me over the phone that it was ready, but when I arrived, it was never there. This is especially frustrating since I live far away. The lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic.🙄😠😡
