First off, this eye clinic is overly expensive and rushes you through an appointment. I left with a big hole in my wallet wondering if they had measured my vision accurately. Went to pick up my glasses and get fitted and the woman in the Enterprise office was hurried and downright hateful, acting as if I was intruding on her "me" time. The glasses fit crooked on my face and fall down my nose. I recently called to see if I could get my pupillary distance, as they had not provided that when I asked for a copy of my prescription. They would not give me that information and told me to google it (not kidding). Terrible customer service all the way around.

Took both my girls here to get them some prescription reading glasses. During our visit my 11 year old daughter asked me why the lady at the front desk was giving me dirty looks. Not something you wanna hear from your 11 year old. They argued with me about my insurance since my name had changed, but the insurance number stayed the same. Anyways, we were waiting so long that I was certain they forgot about us in the room we were in. Both my girls were able to get the glasses they needed.

My prescription was wrong and they said they would redo it. When I got my glasses back, they even had old lenses laying in the tray, but not mine,
just put in there to deceive me. When I got to work and tried to use them, they still had the same fine scratches as before. They never replaced the lenses. Just plain LIED TO ME!

I don't know why Dr. Dobbs office doesn't have 5 stars all the way he is the best optometrist in Enterprise his staff is very friendly and courteous and he gave me the gift of my sight back I would recommend his office to anyone

My family has been using Dobbs for years and we have never received anything other than exceptional service! Recently we took my daughter in for her first pair of glasses and I was blown away at the level of kindness and the amount of attention the ladies and Dr Tony showed her. They treated her like she was a movie star and made her feel very special. Dobbs will always have our business!

Tried to make an appointment, but did not because they intake person wanted me to give them my social security number. It IS not an insurance requirement for most insurances, certainly not mine, to require the patient to give out the social security number "in case there are insurance questions". Most offices that I decline giving out my social security number and instead offer the insurance benefits number, have no problem with this. I said that if it was their office policy then I would not make the appointment. The person wouldn't say if it was the policy and insisted on me providing that SS number to her. I said that I would not make the appointment for this reason and she said, "okay have a good day" and hung up. Totally her prerogative to do that, but I would like for people who read this to know that you do NOT have to provide your social security number unless you are a Medicare recipient.
