We came here to purchase a new walker, but Adrian was honest and helpful. He made a few minor adjustments to my Mom’s walker and her walker was good as new. When she does need a new walker, we’ll be back here to get a new one. Thank you so much for helping us today! We needed it!

Great service from the second I walked in the door . All the products seem to be more updated, didn’t feel like old supplies with a dated view. Newer updated supplies, the owner seemed very knowledgeable on all the products and seemed knowledgeable on a lot of health issues in which he was able to help me and potentially my family! I recommend coming here for your needs!

The employee working here was very respectful and kind. I just want to let other reviewers know, the products may show up on the website as ‘in stock’, but it does not meant they have it in store. I drove to the store to buy a specific product, but the product that I was looking for was expired. Regardless of this, the employee at the store was very polite and explained the situation to me. I usually would be annoyed at this, but the employee explained and was kind. Most stores would have me sold expired products, but not this store. 100% trustworthy store.

Adrian was very helpful with replacing the handle of my husband’s cane. It was towards closing time, but he acted like he would help as long as I needed. He even took off the old handle cover and replaced it with the new one. Thank you for great customer service.

I have a pretty cool knee that requires a brace every once and a while. I had the lucky experience of getting one from the nicest person I have met in a long bit. Kristin was incredibly knowledgeable and just genuine. The brace was the best fitting I've had, but the costumer service was exceptional. Your welcome, if you go there.

The remote broke on our Golden chair. We tried to get Golden to help us but they didn’t get back to us.When I contacted DMES, a considerate man named Adrian called me back and asked for the model number and did his research to ensure we received a remote that would work. We received it today, plugged it in and it works perfectly! Adrian was so kind, detailed, efficient, friendly and a pure pleasure to work with. I wish everyone was so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company.
