My experience with Dr. Kim Hill, and with the entire staff at Diversity Family Health, has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Kim is kind, compassionate, and a great listener. She truly cares for the physical and emotional wellbeing of her patients, and she takes great care to ensure they feel heard, respected, and advocated for. When I asked for help to evaluate the state of my reproductive health, she went above and beyond to issue the precise lab panel necessary for this, and in doing so, helped discover and diagnose a health issue that had long been dismissed by my former doctors. She provided great comfort to me in my initial fears at that diagnosis, and due to her advocacy, I have felt empowered to make significant changes in my personal health journey and seen wonderful results. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough!

Diversity Family Health has been such a great experience for me! They’re incredibly thorough, genuinely inclusive, and you can tell they really care about their patients they work with. It’s not easy finding a provider who gets it—especially when it comes to primary care—but they do. If you’ve been thinking about switching, just do it now! It’s totally worth it!

Dr Kimberly Hill and her entire staff are awesome. They actually take the time with you to listen about what’s going on with your health. Once they create your health plan you know they’ve heard you 100%. They take the time to answer questions and explain in simple terms what to do to become healthy again. Their goal seems to be patient focused 100%, and for that they get an A++ from me!!!!

Diversity has some of the most professional, kind, and attentive medical staff I have ever interacted with. They're quick, they're extremely personable and take the time to really listen. Everyone in the office makes an effort to connect with every patient. I can't recommended Diversity in LR highly enough!

I can’t say enough how amazing the staff are here at Diversity Family Health. Every staff member is attentive, personable, and sweet. Once a week I come into the University office for my injection and they accommodate me quickly and professionally. I can’t thank them enough for the quality of care they provide for me and our small local transgender community. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart for everything you do.

Dr Hill is an excellent doctor who takes the time to hear what the issue is, doesnt dismiss what is brought up, and then suggests options while being responsive to feedback. Ive seen her for years and she's always gone out of her way to help. Any missteps (which are few and far between) are apologized for and corrected to their ability. I have been allowed to voice doubts and when provided data, they have readily changed the path taken for better health. The only complaint is on billing, which is out of their direct control and they are working on solutions, so I'm not going to ding them for it.

We have been seeing Dr. Hill for over a year now. I have never felt so thoroughly cared for. Instead of always being “within range” of healthy quality numbers, Dr Hill has always pushed for us to being our optimal health. I am the healthiest I have been in years. She is empathetic, caring and supportive in her bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Each time I’ve scheduled an appointment I’ve been rescheduled. Today I made it to my appointment and was told that the receptionist was calling people to reschedule due to the doctor being sick . How they did not prioritize calling an appointment for that hour is unbelievable especially since I traveled from Benton . Could have went anywhere else .
