My sister is currently staying at Dinuba health I gotta say the staff has been awesome especially Nurse Lori she is on it my sister gets what she needs as soon as she needs it. Nurse Victor is also very friendly and great with my sister and keeps the atmosphere happy and people laughing along with Nurse Helena and others they have been great so far thank you 🙏❣️

I have to be honest about the complete experience here.....
After putting trust into their hands we were given advice that hurt us in all areas of life. Even after raising concerns it felt as if staff was more protected than the patients. We hoped we found the perfect facility but after dealing with some staff and trusting what advice they gave it has caused traumatic experience for our family and prevented us from being able to grieve and be bedside while my mother passed and most likely also now while my father passes. I implore anyone to not trust what advice they give for insurance or to even trust with care or personal information that does not benefit them. We actually paid for extra service from staff apart from facility from the social worker and was questioned about our personal lives ( which was used as ammunition after). My mom did not trust what the social worker said....my advice... trust your family members and their intuition.

My mom Allaire spent the last years of her life at Dinuba Healthcare and the staff took very excellent care of her. She had advanced Alzheimer's dementia and required total care. This is a lot of hard work. As an RN myself I see way TOO MANY nursing home patients continually bounce to the hospital for the most trivial of things or things that should have been addressed much sooner at the care facility itself. This was NEVER the case at Dinuba Healthcare, all issues were addressed EARLY and APPROPRIATELY. Communication was excellent, all issues were reported to me and if I needed to speak to the nurse caring for her that day, I was ALWAYS able to. I will forever be thankful to Dinuba Healthcare for following my mother's wishes that at the end she be safe and well cared for so that I would be able to raise my family and have a career and not live in worry over her.
They have my eternal gratitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but that would be unfair to those that were kind. A few of the largest issues I had was with the lack of respect for those that are nearing the last days of their lives. We experienced so much disrespect that it made the grieving process difficult to recover from still. The main staff that we had issues with was Alejandra. She made all the years there horrible and we didn’t even feel comfortable visiting.

I was greatly comforted that my friend and pastor was committed to their trust. It was my 1st visit. I did not know what to expect, but it has far exceeded all my expectations. The staff is wonderfully kind and courteous. We came to visit and were surprised with the warm reception we received. They brought us chairs so we didn't have to stand (we had a large company) and on one occasion, coffee. The facility smells clean and is well maintained. And he is always taken care of. And it is such a short way from Fresno where I live and easily accessible along a pretty straightforward path to the facility.

Lousiest rehab/convalescent to be stuck in. "A Prison". I was sent to Dinuba Rehab following several weeks in CRMC hospital for a strong case of CV19. While at CRMC, I was given great care, but I lost muscle mass and wound up having difficulty walking. Dinuba Rehab and Convalescent accepted me for PT. But I wasn't allowed my PT for several days. While there, the house doctor refused to allow me access to my necessary antibiotic meds (prescribed by my own doctor). The antibiotic was needed to prevent the worsening of an abscess from a tooth broken 2 weeks prior to my CV19. As a result of Dinuba Convalescent refusing to give me my antibiotics, the tooth became more infected, which led to severe osteomyelitis/osteonecrosis. A short time after I was released from Dinuba rehab, my worsened abscess resulted in me getting very sick and the loss of a major portion of my jaw. Though I was at the rehab for PT, it wasn't allowed for days. I was treated like a prisoner and kept in diapers, which caused inflamed sores & not allowed the use of the bathroom for days, although I was physically able at that time, with help. Also, I had several food intolerances and told the nurses, repeatedly, yet the majority of my daily diet, for weeks, consisted totally of items my body had difficulty digesting. Dinuba Convalescent (NOT including the PT staff, because the PT staff did a great!! job) was a horrible life experience! It should be investigated by the government.

I have been to a lot of skilled nursing facilities and I can honestly say that Dinuba Healthcare has some of the nicest, most caring people working there. They genuinely care for the residents. They are always doing fun activities and having a good time. The rehab team is great too.

My father is in there and I thank the workers! They work hard and have patience with my dad! Plus they speak spanish so my fafher feels comfortable communicating his needs. My father has always been clean . Thank you for all the hard work. I realize it is so hard to work with dementia patients.
