Appointments are recommended . Efficient friendly bi lingual medical staff. They do not rush you and will answer all questions very thoroughly. Very clean. All on ground floor, no steps or stairs. Easy check in with comfortable waiting room. Easy free parking , huge parking lot with a CVS pharmacy across the parking lot, making picking up prescriptions very convenient.

Amazing urgent care! Staff are all extremely friendly and gracious. They make appts now so was able to be seen right away-no long wait here. This place will be our go to from now on!!!

They take appointments now. Was in and out in 45 minutes including xray. Dr. Young was thorough complete with told me what to watch out for. And, he has a great sense of humor.

This place provides drug tests for pre employment, among other reasons. First I was told I would get my results from the lab the same or next day. Then I was told it would be the next business day. Then I was told 3-4 days. Then I was told I needed to call the lab to get results. The lab said the results are sent directly to the clinic, and that the lab don’t have access to results, only records of custody. I called the clinic back and was told they didn’t have the results but I would be called back. I wasn’t. So I called back the next day and was told again they didn’t have the results but I would called back. Finally I got a call back from someone who was finally able to “find” my results and finally got them to me.

I only got result after constantly calling over and over on multiple days, for almost two weeks. This place is a joke.

Employees up front were professional and polite in person, but dismissive and unprofessional on the phone.
However Freddy H in “the back office” WAS in fact polite and helpful over the phone.

I needed to go to an urgent care and my sister suggested this one because she said they were amazing. I have to agree. The women at the front desk were very efficient and friendly. The medical assistant April was wonderful. And then to top it off the PA Scott was excellent. Such an A+ experience
