The doctor treated me twice. Both times I received a lot of professional help. A lot of kindness. All the staff were very very nice. Nice waiting room. And every time I got treated the people that treated me took my blood pressure went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and feeling okay. The doctor that treated me twice excellent she was definitely on point both times very professional very knowledgeable and kind and sweet. Doctor was very concerned about my condition and did everything she could to figure it out to get me better very very professional. I would go back there every time I need you to go back somewhere quick or if my doctor was too busy. If people ask me about how I was treated at this medical facility it's a rated. And both times I was treated it seemed like they had the A-Team there both times. Keep up the good work. Dr Brown is very very professional add knowledgeable.

I feel like the doctor is saw should have been professional. After seeing me he went to where my wife was and started being not friendly. She was seeing another doctor. I feel like my rights were broken patient doctor privilege was broken in half. I am pretty sure I'll be speaking to a legal person.

And if you call to get a prescription refill they might hang up you because they can't read or tell you not a patient of 9 years

Well if I could give ZERO stars I would. Had an appointment Feb 14 at 2:30 p.m. Got there early and there were no patients in wait room. They put us in tiny windowless exam room by 2:15 p.m. and then we waited for almost 60 minutes without ONE STAFF PERSON checking in. My spouse was there as I had a walking issue. By the time the doctor got there (after we complained) it had been 57 minutes waiting. (This place was not busy at all.) Overall, Dignity Health (their name is a joke) have horrible people skills. Awful. Do not recommend. They do not care at all. When we walked out they had staff of at least 5 people and they obviously are "working" on extending NO patient care AT ALL. UC Davis is so much better then this as their staff is trained to be polite and caring to their patients. Difference is obvious.

I have had cold/ sinus issues for a week and dr tells me to go to urgent care only to get there, an she tells me they have reached their max patients for the day an if I'm not having a stroke symptoms i need to come back tomorrow. But they don't close for another hour. Never going back there nor do i recommend them.👎

Very happy with their care for my child who presented with shortness of breath and cough.
The nurses, PA and the doctor were amazing.

I have to add a review to thank this clinic. I have visited this Urgent Care clinic many times over the years, and they are responsible for saving my life repeatedly. Every doctor at Urgent care, every nurse, all of the front desk staff, everyone who works in this office is incredibly kind, highly skilled, and very much appreciated. Thank you to everyone at Urgent Care, always.

The PA who saw us did not appear to have an understanding how to speak to children-- or adults. He addressed my 9-year-old son as "baby," and addressed me as "papa bear." He addressed my son at other times that were not age appropriate, including comments such as, "You're the bravest child I know." These comments and how they were expressed were strange, and extremely unprofessional. For this reason, I will not return to the clinic unless out of absolutely necessity.

I have been her several times and today was by far my WORST experience. Worse than the time I came 2 hours before they closed and they say they wouldn’t take me as a patient, after I had called ahead and asked if they had time for me… This time I showed up 4 hours before they closed. They decided to let me check in, fill out paperwork, take my insurance, and proceeded to tell me to wait and I would be called back shortly. After over an hour and a half of waiting, I was called to the desk to be told there simply was no doctor in to see patients… no further explanation. Would have been nice to know that before they had me wait for close to 2 hours just to be told I couldn’t be seen.
