Registration was a welcoming and efficient process. 'Cathy' noted that I needed to be seated to complete the paperwork and made that happen as if I were the only patient there. My PT, Clarissa, was thorough with history and assessment, answered my many questions and established a 'team' relationship immediately.

Classes in Yoga could be improved. Positions and placement of hands, feet, arms and palms should be addressed.
Many people let their head hang down to the floor rather than keeping the flat plane with the rest of an extension. Just one example of many.

Best place for rehab. Mom, Ursula Brown, had Parkinson’s and the wellness center literally saved her life and sanity back in the 80s. The Parkinson’s exercise class was named movers and shakers thanks to Mom’s ingenuity and wit. Now it serves as a gateway to healthy lifestyle choices for my bestest friend, Charles, who is in denial that his cardiovascular disease and heart stents are not life threatening. Wake up and live to smell the roses.

I have COPD and attend a monthly "Better Breathers" meeting there. Nice facility. Plenty of close parking.
