So this might be the worst redi care clinic ever.my better half has been here several times -like most good people we attempt to avoid the ER so true emergencies in our area can be addressed. She went here seeking treatment was delayed by literally two days- after to days they stated they were unable to take anthem ins - mind you in the past this was never a issue- and there have been no changes to the plan- the staff were rude and in no way attempted to help. My employer confirmed that the ins was good at any ready care or er in the country- the staff basically told us to leave and had no intent to even help- I’ve been a paramedic for over 35 years and this is some worst customer service I have experienced- if you don’t want to help sick or injured people go find a new job….

This urgent care facility is exceptional! I have been a patient here twice this year. The physicians, PAs, RNs, medical assistants, XRay techs, and office staff are professional, skilled and caring! I have been an RN for 50+ years and have observed the unfortunate deterioration of healthcare with the pandemic. These folks at this clnic offer reassurance that excellent healthcare is still alive and thriving! Thank you to all the staff!!

I have been here a few times & in my experience, this urgent care clinic is well-run, the doctors & staff are very competent & caring, they show compassion & concern for those of us showing up with our various emergencies, & they do a great job patching us up if they can!

I have been in a few times over the years with both of my daughters and the staff here is always so helpful and caring to my kids. It can be scary for a little one especially when they’re sick but while we were in this evening the nurse and doctor went above and beyond to make my almost 2 year old feel so comfortable. I am very happy with the care my girls have received here.

So much for Human Kindness. They missed the mark on this one. Arrived 15 minutes before closing with my 13 y/o who had a ear infection/fever. The staff wanted to go home and refused to triage or see him and in a not so friendly way suggested he go to the ER. Last time we took him to ER we waited 3 hours to be seen, had to pay $1000 deductible on the spot to be assessed and released 8 hours later.
Not much Human Kindness here. What's up with Urgent care closing at 8pm anyways...it's no wonder the ERs are overwhelmed. .
