2 doctors; 2 directions and not having even reviewed my medical history. Both female, lack of empathy and a strong push for the Mirena IUD surprisingly (for complex fibroid issue requiring regular pelvic scans). I would also call out that I had no control in the booking of which doctor I got to see. Won't be back.

The ultrasound tech and doctors I met are nice, but the experience coming to this office has been awful. The front office seems totally disorganized. It took them forever to pick up the phone when I called from my car to check in, and they clearly don’t share any information between themselves because there was always complete confusion about what was going on regarding my appointments. Also the office itself is cold and sterile, no attempt at all to make it feel nurturing for pregnant or new parents. I am paying the extra $300 a month for insurance that covers Sutter just to get out of here.

The rotation of drs and midwives would be ok if they communicated to one a other. The disconnect is real between patient and dr/midwife. As a pregnant person we shouldn’t have to tell the drs what our last appt was about nor inform them of where we are currently in our pregnancy and what is the topic of discussion. It is very rushed in and out and the appts change so you have a dr on schedule to see for a specific reason and they cancel it or change the dr/midwife so you don’t get to have those conversations. It’s obvious it’s all money and not about care and maturing or building a relationship. It’s an embarrassment to the healthcare system. We have 1% covid cases so they can no longer use that excuse. I would not recommend this practice but it’s my insurance which I’m still grateful for. There much more to write.

The office staff can be completely unorganized and incredibly unhelpful. Twice it has taken 20+ minutes to sche6an appointment. My Dr.s medical assistant NEVER called back, I called in twice. The Doc is good but you have to deal the unpleasant & incompetent office staff......

Probably the worst OB I have ever been too. The people working at the front desk do not know how to do their job. They put you on hold for 10 minuets at a time then accidentally hang up on you. They don’t even know how to schedule you appointments and always have to call you back. They lost paperwork of mine to release my medical records to transfer care because I was moving, because it was never scanned in to the computer and I had to come fill it out in person and sign, now that I have moved three ours away I can’t come in to fill out a new one. Honestly just save yourself the agony and don’t come here.

By FAR the worst OB clinic I've dealed with they dont deserve a start at all. They leave you on hold for long period of time they dont follow through. Not happy with my visit they left me in a room for about 40m to wait to speak to the dr they didnt not explain nothing to me at all. It took them 24hr to send over an RX to the wrong pharmacy after I told them which one. I ended up in the ER and they still wanted me to request the records after they had fail to explain things to me.. I'm not returning here at all!

I have seen Martina twice for my monthly pregnancy check ups and Dr Tetin once. Martina was very informative, answered every question I had and was beyond thorough with my care. Dr Tetin was just as knowledgeable. 18 weeks into my pregnancy i am very satisfied with my care so far. I am completely confident in these women.

I’m not sure who all the folks complaining are talking about. I have seen the AMAZING Midwives in this practice since it was originally Santa Cruz OBGYN and Associates. Margann Mentor, Sarah Levitan, and Leora Frohm, have delivered 3 of my children. My last baby came so quick that it was just the qualified Labor and Delivery nurses at Dominican. I had retained placenta after my last baby and Dr.Titan was the OB who did my surgery and she was great. She was funny, personable, qualified and professional. I am now pregnant with my fifth baby and will be returning to my team of midwives because all of them are qualified, caring and experienced professionals. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I only wish Dignity hadn’t pulled the midwives and OBs ability to also deliver at Sutter as I like the food and birthing rooms better over there.
