Been waiting alone in waiting room for 40 minutes. I’ve seen 4 different techs walking around in and out of open rooms. There is only one other patient being addressed. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They see me and avoid eye contact. Please provide some training to your employees about prioritizing those of us waiting.

I usually love this place, the staff is efficient and it’s pleasant. Today, someone had some kind of overly rough borderline rap music on. Most the folks visiting here are elderly. Read the room, find something mellow. Thanks!

Typical San Luis Obispo shopping center with more trees and shrubbery than parking spaces. Be sure and walk or bike here. Anything larger than a Mini is not going to fit in the tiny parking spaces. Typical and popular establishments are here such as a grocery store and lots of different fast food.

The ladies that helped me out at this Lab were very professional, friendly, and comforting. I had a Cuesta Phlebotomy Student perform my draw and she did great and everything was smooth sailing. I went around 4pm on a Monday, and although there were about 3 patients ahead of me, the wait time was less than 15 minutes and the waiting room was pleasant with a coffee/water bar that offered various complimentary treats and juices. Great experience, will continue using this Lab as long as I am in the area.

Well designed parking lot, Vons is clean and has great food, CVS is kind of dirty, but the rest of the stores are well kept. I live close to this plaza and we go often.

Marigold Center has a great variety of shopping choices which include a couple fast-food places, excellent pizza place and a Starbucks. Parking lot is a typical government design...it sucks.

A revolving door of unsuccessful businesses and a large population of homeless & deranged individuals makes this shopping center one of the most undesirable places in SLO.
It's sad really, because there are a lot of small business in San Luis that need a place to prosper and that could thrive here, but the fear of being accosted by the (homeless...) residents keeps customers away.
