Fast, clean and the nurses were nice and knowledgeable. The doctor we got was good but pushy, its interesting how you come with a particular concern and leave with other thoughts. I know it's their job but I dislike that vaccines are always the #1 priority. If I bring a sick child in, there's no way I wanna put something in their body for their little body to fight against...just my 5 cents

Yesina at the registration desk is the worst staff, very rude, impolite, and unprofessional. She refused our right and time and put someone else in front of us.

Trying to get through to a person is difficult. Even when you know the numbers to push. The ladies who make the calls are horrible. So often I can't understand the message. For each call I have gotten 5 different calls for same thing.
The portal has been down more than up.
The Docs don't use it like they could.

My experience with Dignity Health has been great overall, but I am really not sure how they expect me to pay my bill? I have reached out and have gotten no response. I have a bill that I need to pay, but the Easymatch code is showing as expired. I also don't understand why my bill isn't showing on my Dignity bill page. This is frustrating, because I want to pay my bill. Its nearly impossible to get ahold of someone.

my son was racially profiled ,who they let die so they could harvest his organs ,they did nothing to save him ,life flighted put in the second to the last room on the doc rounds letting you know 2 years let see

I felt disrespected for being referred to Dr. Binita Mandal. I found myself wishing that I had seen a different doctor at a different office. I will not return. The lack of dignity is astounding for the name of the facility.

Clean and spacious! Capital OB/GYN is located here on the second floor. Nice facility! Great doctors and staff!
