Bought a new driver today. Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable. He help me get fitted to my new club, they even made the club shorter and put a new grip on for me. I’m a beginner and Jake was very patient and informative with all my questions. Will definitely recommend my friends.

This one is typical for any sporting goods store, they have a good selection and nice stuff. There's nothing exceptional about this store to be honest. It is nice that I have never had a long wait here even when there is a line. The staff seem prompt quick and skilled to get their guests in and out.

Frank was fantastic. We needed soccer equipment for my child's first ever season and he was so helpful. He took the time to make my daughter feel special and help us figure out all we needed and with appropriate sizing. My daughter followed him skipping through the store with excitement. Just want to say the staff went above and beyond in the past two days. I tried on some clothes and set my rayban sunglasses down but didn’t realize until a day later. Assume the worst but hope for the best and I Didn’t get a definitive answer of who found them and turned them in, but they definitely need recognition as well as Ron. He was super friendly and caring, and honestly unexpected in today’s world. Three of the individuals that I spoke with were very friendly and willing to get to a resolution so, a big thank you to Hunter and Susan and Ron.
This is something you don’t get at a lot of places anymore and I appreciate them so much!
Dicks hired some good people and I know why o shop there.

This is a great place to nab the gear you need to get started in a variety of sports. I recently got into kayaking, and they had a good variety of paddling PFDs, paddles, entry level kayaks, water shoes, and a number of traveling accessories. Unfortunately, I am not average size, so the water shoes and life jackets didn't fit me properly, but I think the vast majority of folks could get the starting gear they needed. Definitely worth at least stopping by to see the selection and try things on.

Horrible experience today. Normally this is my go to for sporting supplies. The way my wife and I were treated today just sealed the deal on a zero return. Hopefully when the new store opens it comes with new managers.

Staff overall was very helpful but just wanted to recognize Melina for making my experience very pleasant. I came in to exchange a sliding mitt for a different size that my son got for Christmas. However, I didn’t have the receipt. Being a retail GM myself, I’m ashamed to say that I wasn’t prepared on my end to make their life any easier. Melina made the process less stressful and made sure to accommodate in any way she could. Very understanding and very nice! Thank you again!
