I had been attending this facility for years and they have always been disorganized. They have had rotating staff in the past making it even more disorganized. Too many new faces which doesn't help with the patient experience. They moved to a larger facility last year (current address) and it remains just as disorganized. The only reason I had stayed was because of the provider that was attending me. Labs used to be at walk in and appointment but now you have to pay a $25 fee. Staff is respectful but that's about it.

Long wait times. Staff is pretty nice. There are some sour apples though. Doctors are knowledgeable . The main reason i went to this office was due to the fact its had a lot of positive reviews. Reviews are not always correct ladies and gentlemen. Take the time and shop around and find what ever suits you best.

Ever since my husband and I have been treated at this office, it’s been a very good experience and the staff have been professional and courteous. Excellent service in this office. My referrals are given to me on time. Dr. Sastre takes his time to listen to me. The staff in this office is very good, the ladies in the front desk and the manager always greet me. I am very happy to be seen here.

Dr. Gross at the Plantation office has no respect for anyone's time but his own. After waiting over 3 hours to be seen, he comes to the room in a rush, doesn’t sit and with a very bad negative attitude he doesn’t listen to me and don’t check on me for the reason I went in. Made me feel absolutely belittled for being a woman. He is so mediocre, rude, disrespectful and has a god complex. He also ended up messing up my healthy blood pressure by prescribing wrong medication in the past. The staff over there however, is wonderful.

Please, do not waste you time going to this clinic. My patience reached its maximum today; thanks god I don't have a cardiac problem because I would have died today. I was waiting for 1h30min and nobody had even called me to get the vital signs. I was not willing to wait a second more to even see the doctor. Very unprofessional and unrespectful they way they handle things there. If you're given an appointment is for you to receive medical care at that time not almost 2hrs later. Very disappointed because it is not the first time it happens and as healthcare professionals they shouldn't be playing around with people's time and health. They don't even deserve a 1star rating. If there was a 0 star or negative rating they'll deserve it. Please don't go to this clinic. Save yourself some time and find a place where they actually take care of you.
