Listen. The people working here are well-meaning, hard-working folk who likely have the best of intentions. But the service I have received here is absolutely subpar. Once, an appointment I made was canceled algorithmically by their computer system... within only a few minutes of setting the appointment! Another time, the person I called gave me a date and time for my appointment, and I showed up only to discover that my appointment hadn't even been put into the system AT ALL (causing me to have to set the appointment up all over again)! But the last straw was when I received a referral from my PCP here for Asthma and Allergy Associates of Maine. I called to set up my appointment there, and found out my referral had been incorrectly constructed around asthma treatment, and NOT allergy testing! Therefore, they are unable to treat or test me for any allergies until my PCP fixes her botched referral papers. The ONLY thing I needed to go there for was allergy testing, and I was denied due to incorrect referrals from my doctor. The only reason I'm still here is because y'all are the ONLY doctor I can get ahold of without a six month wait time for appointments. As soon as another office opens up to service me, I will be gone forever; largely due to the subpar, frustrating, and frankly unpredictable service one can expect from this office. Do. Better. For the sake of your patients.

I would rate five stars if not for the old lady at the front desk who is incredibly rude and continually makes mistakes, such as calling me for appointment reminders when there are no appointments. She has also given me attitude not only in person but over the phone and in messages. Other than that, the two doctors I see and their nurses have all been truly amazing. I don't like doctors and have skipped healthcare altogether for nearly 20 years until I found DFD.

No walk-ins allowed, even for quick things. What is the point of even having a primary care doctor if you have to wait 3 days when you're ill? Simple infections just needing an antibiotic can become so much worse in that time.

I feel I could get almost as good health care from a third world country as from DFD RUSSELL. They SUCK!!! Time to look elsewhere, before they KILL me!!!
