Being a single father, I find myself short of time to take care of myself. Yesterday morning through a brief Google search and awesome reviews, I found Desroches Medical Clinic. Within 3 minutes my appointment was Paid, Scheduled and confirmed for an hour later. 10 minutes before my appt. I logged in with the easy link via my iPhone and 3 minutes later I was speaking to Ms. Desroches.

She was extremely informative on my medical issues and was able to look me over via pictures sent and the virtual conference. After a thorough exam and all the necessary questions answered, we confirmed a follow up virtual call that evening after I got home from work @ 6pm. This gave her time to look everything over.

Joining the evening appt. she was more than prepared with a mixture of supporting articles and documents to corroborate with her medical diagnosis and explanation of prescriptions. She found the most cost effective pharmacies to retrieve my prescriptions due to not having health insurance. Ms. Desroches answered all my questions and we set up a follow up appt. in 4 weeks to reevaluate my medical status. She even followed up to make sure i was able to get my prescriptions with no issues.

In short, to say this was a pleasant experience is a huge understatement. The affordability, time spent, and ease of access with the virtual meetings, combined with having a knowledgeable actual human look me over via a 1 on 1 meeting.

In 43 years I have never had such a satisfying Physician appt. She actually cares about her patients and It shows. I would highly recommend Desroches Medical Clinic to anyone, all ages. Without needing to waste money on office rent, staff, etc., she is able to save us, the patient money and time. Thank you Ms. Desroches, this was exceptional.

I had an online visit with Danielle Desroches and had a great experience. She spent sufficient time understanding my need and medical history before prescribing medicine. I did not feel rushed. She also went above and beyond to help me save over 80% on my prescription, which was not covered by my insurance policy. Danielle was easy to speak to and clearly demonstrated she cared for her patients. I have rarely had this type of wonderful experience with the exception of my PCP who is a similar rare gem in this whirlwind medical system.

I had a virtual appointment with Danielle Desroches this morning as an urgent care need. I booked my appointment through Sesame Care. I had been instructed to wait 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time but Danielle entered right on time. She was immediately personable, kind, and compassionate. She reviewed my information thoroughly, listened to me, and heard me.

Danielle explained what she was going to do and gave me very clear, understandable instructions on what I was to do. She also offered to give me information on getting discounted prescriptions, but I already had that covered on my end. She called my prescriptions in too the pharmacy of my choice right away and also sent me the same information she gave to the pharmacy.

I will absolutely see Danielle again if the need arises and 100% recommend her to family and friends, she is trustworthy and knows what she is doing.

I had a virtual appointment with Danielle Desroches yesterday afternoon. She was prompt and professional, listening to my description of the issue and asking pertinent follow-up questions. There was an issue on the pharmacy end with regard to the prescription and she called immediately, resolved the issue and relayed the information to me. She then followed up to make sure I was able to get the prescription. Overall, this was a very good experience and would recommend her for tele-health needs.

My experience was great! She was on time for my telemedicine appointment and was communicative- the convenience is priceless especially when your under the weather - I found her on Sesame. I’d recommend her for sure. Other reviews say she is rude but at no point was she rude. The fact she was on time and got my situation handled timely was- perfect and if you want a lot of a Drs time I’d say go into a clinic
