After reading the reviews, it appears the owner only responds to positive reviews totally ignoring the concerns of both patients and/or families of patients. As a business owner I would want to be informed of the good and bad conduct of my employees to ensure my facility is providing the best care and services to my customers/patients. I would be striving to reach a 5 star review status. It is obvious there is no accountability of the staff at this facility. But then again not much can nor should be expected when ownership lacks oversight and leadership of its facility. My recommendation to the owner is simple...read all of your reviews and address the concerns with your staff and hold each and everyone accountable for their actions. Be the leader!

My fiance has been there for 4 days, food is better than hospitals food, wound care is good, they are pretty good with helping him in and out of wheelchair, BUT IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 3 DAYS TO GET HIS PAIN MEDS AND HE HAS A BROKEN PELVIS, WHEN HE ASKED FOR A COMPLAINT NUMBER OR SOMEONE TO COMPLAIN TO, WHOEVER ANSWERED HIS CALL BUTTON TOLD HIM " NO, YOU AINT GOT NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT " ...AND WALKED AWAY. I've called the charger nurse and he has asked for charge nurse and nobody has come to talk to him and I've left a message yesterday and nobody called me or talked to him today. The nurse that he asked for pain meds this morning came back to his roommate with pain meds who said he never asked for it ,that my fiance asked for it. WHICH SCARES ME THAT THEY ARENT PAYING ATTENTION TO MEDICATIONS AND POSSIBLY GIVING WRONG MEDS TO PATIENTS. THEN HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON ANTIBIOTICS AS WELL WHICH THEY ARE JUST NOW ORDERING 4 DAYS LATER. I knew rehab wasn't going to be organized like a hospital but damn this is mind blowing to me. He is currently waiting on pain meds for a few hours since he hasn't had any since early morning and it 6pm.

The most horrible place you can be, if you have a choice go somewhere else. The food is subpar to say the least, hot food sits out and it's served cold, no access to a microwave to heat it up. They stopped many of the supplies they did when I first came. I'm wondering what's going on with the money they're getting from long term care insurance. Most of the time I miss lunch and dinner because it's inedible. The staff, except for a very few, are lazy and keep passing they're responsibilities to the next shift, so nothing important gets done. I've seen patients go without their colostomy bags, they're bladdee bag that connects to to the catheter gets so full that people are in pain, they fail to flush the catheter. Today, for example, I have not received ANY of my medications. My blood pressure was 183/104! No blood pressure meds were given to me. They discharge people with nowhere to go and still healing from what brought them in. I'm going to a different skilled nursing facility as soon as possible. Where they can offer the nutrition restraints that I need. I'm in end stage renal failure and a type 2 diabetic. I was given no insulin today either! My father in law died while he was here. A friend of mine died 4 days after going to the hospital because they waited so long... Beware, go somewhere else please!
