Dr Haitz is great! He's thorough, helpful and pleasant. Front desk staff are wonderful. I did the brief paperwork and was taken right in with no wait, right on time of my appointment. My prescription worked out well. I go there annually and highly recommend you do also!

Everyone were very kind and helpful! The tech who did the preliminary tests, before seeing the optimistic, did not seem confident in her job and how to use the equipment! She failed to record the results of one test I had done and had to return to her to have the test redone! Maybe she was new at the job and will improve over time!

I was impressed with the large inventory of frames to choose from! My cost for my glasses was much more than I expected; even after my insurance coverage!

Super quick and easy— appointment at 3 and had glasses with lenses on my face by 5pm.
Only took an hour and a half from check in to the time I was checking out and then they had my glasses made in 35 minutes!! Really impressed with turn around time

The entire staff was very pleasant, professional, and respectful. The technician and doctor were very thorough with the entire examination. Also, Janina was extremely helpful when picking out frames and doing the fit/measurements. We have dealt with her previously and she is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Janina spent quality time with us, making sure we had the right frames and explaining the benefits of each added item we picked for the actual glasses.

Dr Preston was very thorough, answered all my questions especially my concerns about cataracts. My only complaint was a 45 minute wait, but it was the end of the day and I still felt his full attention!
