My doctor sent me in for a chest X-ray last Friday, I was a walk-in, arriving a bit after noon. The young woman at the front desk said the x-ray technician was out to lunch and there would be no x-rays until he returned at 1pm. I asked her if I could wait until he returned and she said yes, but I could not be registered until 1pm. I said that was fine, thanked her and I took a seat to wait.
I closed my eyes and tried to rest while waiting for the time to lapse. At approximately 12:25pm a young woman and her mother arrived, walked up to the reception desk, they had paperwork for an X-ray. The gentleman behind the counter told them the x-ray technician was out to lunch until 1pm but he could get them checked-in so they could be one of the first patients in once the tech returned. I was a bit confused as that was definitely not what I was told by the young woman. I decided to get up and ask the gentleman if perhaps I could register. By the time I got up another patient was waiting in line to speak to the gentleman at the counter. I stood behind the man now waiting in line, he too needed an X-Ray and he was able to register as well. When it was turn I told the gentleman at the counter that I needed an X-ray and he said he could register me and I’d be one of the first patients in after the tech returned. I told him I had been waiting since noon because I was told I could not be registered until 1pm. He apologized, and said he would register me. The young woman who had told me I couldn’t be registered until 1pm was at her computer behind the counter the entire time, she never turned around to acknowledge me or that she had given me conflicting information.
I had no problem waiting for the X-ray technician to return from lunch an if the office had a policy to not register patients for X-rays until the tech returned that is fine too. However, that is not what happened here. There were a total of three front desk personnel while I was in the office this day, two gentlemen and the young woman. Both gentlemen were professional and helpful, I wish I could say all three were. I don't believe it's too much to ask that any and all personnel working the front desk should follow the same policies and procedures and treat all patients the same.
Once the X-ray technician returned from lunch I was one three patients called in first. The X-ray technician was prompt and professional.

It was a quick check-in. I would strongly advise you to respond when you get the text message. If you are a new patient or need to fill out paperwork, they send you a link. Click on the link and fill out your details. So when you arrive, you go there; you don't have to wait in line and fill out paperwork yourself. You don't have to do any of that. The place was clean and smelled fresh. Steph was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. There was absolutely nothing I can think of that was bad about the place. It was really nice. It was a quick in-and-out procedure, with very professional staff. It was great. They were not sticklers; they were very personable and friendly and even joked, so they made it very pleasant. They don't make you feel nervous; they actually make you feel very relaxed. I loved it and I'd give them a five-star review!

Called in the morning before my appointment and was treated so kindly! My first MRI and the tech were so sweet a kind. Checking in and making sure I’m ok. Explaining what was happening, etc. I am autistic and they made sure to accommodate me so I was comfortable.

This location was much better than the last place I went to. I was expecting a rude person at the desk, but he was really nice. The ultrasound tech was pleasant and I felt comfortable. There was also hardly any wait because I booked it when they opened. Parking was easy too. I would definitely go back to that location.

Getting an appointment here through the call center was the most laborious I have ever experienced. Took 3 calls and a half an hour. Prepare a meal if you are about to schedule...

BEST RADIOLOGY VISIT EVER!!! I've had my experiences in the valley but Today RAUL front desk, and THOMAS my tech (fred waring palm desert) were not only the sweetest most helpful workers but also knowledgeable when I drilled them with a ton of questions! It was my 1st Brain scan MRI and it felt good to be comfortable. Very glad to have met these 2 employees working for you guys!
