Recently moved from out of state and had a great experience here getting vaccinations for my baby. The office staff was very kind and friendly. RN Vicki was very thorough and made sure baby girl had everything she needed. Appointment system was easy to sign up with via the call center. Harder time getting a hold of of the office to ask medical questions but I was able to in the end. Great experience overall. Thanks again!

We recently moved from New York to Orlando and my son needed to get vaccinated for school. I quickly got through and signed up for this Health Department. We arrived there half an hour before the scheduled time, our meeting was at 1:40 pm. All employees are polite, calmly explain everything. We were accepted at 2pm and everything went great. Before I went there, I read the reviews and was horrified, but in fact the service there is good. Thanks to the employees of this place for their excellent work.

Just a huge headache to deal with all around. No one seems to know any correct information. I had to go to Osceola county’s health department to get what I needed and it was overall fantastic experience in comparison.

Immunizations worst customer service by far. First they never answer the phones. To make an appointment online they dont have availabilty until weeks. They offer walk ins but dont even bother when you show up its a "maybe" you will be seen. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt given the reviews I read but they confirmed they are all accurate.

Be warned - if you make an appointment in the afternoon, they will close early even if they claim they “close at 5 p.m.” I found myself in the lobby at 4:50 with not a soul in sight. The building and parking lot are under construction and a complete disaster but don’t expect them to tell you that or include any information about it when you’re scheduling an appointment or in the confirmation emails you receive before your appointment. You’re guess is as good as anyone’s when you get there on where to go. Maybe you’ll find a security guard who’ll rudely ask in front of a line of people specifics about why you’re there, like the security guard did with me when he demanded I tell him what vaccine I was there to receive. A true nightmare scenario and experience.

Lots of free parking & centrally located near downtown Orlando. I made an appointment online for the monkeypox vaccine & they sent me an email confirmation. I arrived 15 minutes early & they took me in right away! All 3 staff I dealt with were courteous & professional, and they explained everything clearly. The building is clean & orderly and it was easy to find my way around. Great experience.

Worst experience. I never want to be in this location. I recently moved to Florida from Washington State and needed to get a 680 Form for my two children to enroll my kids in school. I would have gone to a Doctors office but there were no availability until late-Aug to Early Sept. We came into the health department in the morning and was there from 9:25AM to 12:50PM. WASTE OF TIME. Not only did I waste ~3.5 hours of my and my kids lives but they also skipped over my number. I proceeded to see people who came AFTER me getting serviced. I talked to the worker there a couple times to check if they were to see me soon or if I perhaps picked the wrong ticket (you have to chose why you're there) and how much time I'd have to wait. All they can say was they go by the "time stamp" and they don't know the estimated time. They were not empathetic to how long you or your kids stay and even said good luck finding a spot on another day. They were short staffed: only 2 people working. They said that only the nurse can complete the blue form. This is ridiculous and due to my schedule, I unfortunately had to leave. Nothing got done today. Also as a note, they do not do appointments either; I tried getting one.
