Very disappointed with our experience at this dental office. When I declined fluoride treatment and x rays for my children, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the staff, mostly the actual dentist, Dr To. I was simply making a personal decision as a parent, and instead of respecting that, I was treated with judgment and condescension.

To make matters worse, Dr To barely acknowledged me—no greeting, no explanation, and no feedback about my kids’ dental health. I was completely ignored and given the silent treatment. She spent maybe five minutes with each child, quickly cleaned their teeth, and didn’t offer a single update or comment afterward.

What really shocked me was when she told me that from now on, they’re only doing fluoride treatments—no cleanings unless fluoride is accepted. That kind of all-or-nothing policy feels more like a sales tactic than genuine care.

We won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this office to any parent who expects to be respected, informed, and given real choices in their child’s dental care or overall health care.
I would also like to add they have a free stuffy at the front desk for anyone who leaves them a 5 star review, which I find interesting that they need to bribe people to leave a positive review. Anyways, do your research, and I highly recommend the 50 other dentists nearby who also have tons of toys and video games, you’ll probably be more respected as a parent in charge of your OWN children’s health.
