I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dream Dental, and I will not be returning.

First, the front desk staff is unprofessional and argumentative. They were yelling over patients and arguing openly, which created a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the office is disorganized, and it feels like no one is in charge—there’s a clear lack of leadership.

My personal experience was frustrating from start to finish. I called two weeks before my appointment to confirm they offered basic teeth cleaning, and they assured me they did. I arrived on time for my appointment, checked in, and the front desk staff called my insurance to verify coverage. Despite this, the proposed treatment plan initially included services that weren’t covered, and I had to point it out myself for it to be corrected.

After waiting for over an hour, I was finally seen by the dentist, who was rude and dismissive. He didn’t greet me or explain the process but immediately stated that the services suggested by the front desk weren’t sufficient. He insisted on additional services before doing a basic cleaning, which contradicted what I was initially told. He then left to "discuss" the matter with the front desk staff and never returned.

I waited alone in the examination room for another hour without any communication or updates. At that point, I decided to leave because it was clear that the office was completely disorganized and didn’t value my time.

I cannot recommend Dream Dental to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disorganization make it a place to avoid.

I was in and out! Had a root canal and didn’t feel a thing. Everyone was pleasant and informative! I left the dentist for the first time, smiling and in no pain!

I understand business and priorities but I had a 9am appointment and arrived on time. We were not seen until after 10am...for a 7 minute visit. Again, I understand business in general but that's not a good method of operation and if you don't ask questions you'll be left waiting amongst the others.

The wait was very long before I received treatment. The waiting area was less than professional making my time there uneasy. The doctor was nice and professional. He accomplished the reason I came with no pain.

Wait time is atrocious. Expect a minimum of 2 hours or max 3. Maybe take in less patients so the wait isnt so long.

Some of the receptionist/assistants are nice some are ghetto. I heard one talking about me out loud like I wasnt there. Felt very unwelcoming. I heard someone say “she came in with multiple issues thinking someone going to do all that on a friday”. First, mind you I was the last and only patient in there, so they couldn’t have been talking about anyone else. Second, my appointment was at 4pm. I heard that comment at 5:41pm and didnt leave until 6pm. This is the second time this has happened. My actual appointment took 5 minutes but It took almost 2 hours for me to get in the damn chair. And so what if I did come in with multiple issues? If you dont care about patients you shouldn’t be in the healthcare field. Emergencies happen all the time, I just wanted to get checked up on. And its not my fault I didnt get in the chair on time?

I should’ve walked out. Other than, that getting the dental work is fine. But due to the wait time and a few other incidents I will not be returning.

Thanks to the nice dentist lady that actually helped me instead of dismissing my problems and leaving me in the chair with tools in my mouth to work on another patient like the other dentist there did 👍🏾

I had a really good experience. There was a hold up with my insurance(not the dentist office fault) but the wait wasn't too bad. (I'm slow at filling out forms hahah) The staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor was very personable, knowledgeable, and transparent with my diagnosis (I had mouth pain).

This will continue to be my dentist from now on.
