I made appt for my last filling to be done (1of 4),Sept 21, got call Sept 19 to reschedule Cause wont have a dentist in that day. Resched to Nov. Got reminder call and text. I Showed up (4 months after I made original. Appt. ) the assistant said they would be taking a new set of x-rays as it had been a year since my last ones. I said, no- I am here for a filling, my last one of 4. I just had x-rays done this year, I'm sure. Oh, she verified my dob and my name and then said, Oh...we will do your filling today and your last x-rays were done in March of 2024! They lied ! I can only go here cause if insurance. The work the dentist do is good yet. Wish I had another choice! End result would of been 6 months just for a filling! Rediculous

Great experience with everyone. Had a little fear and trauma from previous dentist but Dr. Kim and his staff cleared all that up and more. I'm happy to be getting SMILE BACK ☺️

My dentist Dr. Suzanne Fjarli showed her deepest concern to her patients like me. She’s so kind,friendly ,understanding and have intensive care to her patients. Kudos to her for doing an excellent service. I wish she could be recognized and receive special award for her excellent service and friendly manner. Kudos also to all the staffs of the Dental Clinic. They’re all very friendly,kind and showed their respect and concern to all the patients .

as usual, even by 9:00 am, the dental office over booked. After waiting over 45 minutes for a tooth extraction, i started suffering a panic attack. THE RECEPTIONIST DIDN'T CARE, when I told her I might have to leave because I was having an attack. She made zero inquiries into my health or symptoms. She just asked for my name and sent me on my way. The dentists and nurses past the front desk are lovely people, but the receptionist couldn't care less about the welfare of the patients in their waiting room.

They don't how to make adjustments on dentures or how to make them. Whoever and wherever they send them out to does not know what they are doing. They need to go back to dental school. That's how bad they are.
