I received wonderful care. Wait time was minimal. All staff including check in receptionist, provider and technician were friendly, expedient and professional. As a retired registered nurse, I can honestly say good infection control policies in place, facility very organized and clean. Fortunate to have such an urgent care facility like this one close to home.

Wait time was minimal. The nurse, Christina, was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wooldridge was great! He took his time explaining things and I did not feel rushed. I would recommend them to anyone.

So I came in as a new patient. I got see Dr Drew Burkett he is really awesome he made me laugh and smile. I loved my experience the staff could be a bit more friendly alot nicer as well. But I really loved seeing him he is an awesome nurse practitioner. He was kind he listened wasn't smart with me at all. I loved my visit with him. Even though I was expecting Dennis. Overall I would come back he even decided to sit next to me to share with me my results. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor happy I found him as well he took his time he wasn't rushing me out the office he spoke to me kindly I felt like he really cared about my health.

Arriving early was a plus. This facility can get busy. I was screened for COVID-19 upon entry. After completing the required treatment paperwork, I was called to an exam room. Only a few minutes of waiting, I was examined, diagnosed and treated. I am extremely pleased with the process.
