The girls at the desk are lazy and don't wanna do nothing , I did all the leg work for them and they still gave me a run around and waste my time , I immediately hung up and called another doctor's office and got my appointment , if I could give 0 stars I would big 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I have been client of the clinic for many years and have the best opinion about the service, the doctors and the medical assistant staff. They are very nice and always are happy to help specially the therapist Maday, she have been working there for so many years and is like part of Del Padro family. She is a versatile person and makes the clients feel better with her smile and kindness.

Today I went to Del Prado Medical Center for my Mom’s Medical First Appointment and I was impressed for the amazing Customer Service In Front Desk and the pretty lady at Check Out Desk NEYLIS ACOSTA (Patient Coordinator) was very professional and kind! Also the Female Doctor was friendly and very professional with my Mom and family. I highly recommend DEL PRADO MEDICAL CENTER!

I had a horrible experience here. I called ahead to make sure they accept walk-ins and the secretary scheduled me for 10 a.m. I got there around 9:30 and I stressed to the secretary that I did not mind coming back another day If they are not able to see me before 11 a.m. because I had to leave for work at noon. She stressed to me that there were only two people ahead of me and that it would not take long. I waited in a room for about an hour and did not see the doctor until about 11:50. He made a personal call on his cell phone and answered another one. I waited so long just for him to spend less than five minutes with me and did not address any concerns I had. I understand it was busy, but the doctor made no effort to give me peace of mind about my concern I had or at least explain what I could have going on. Answering a personal call in front of a patient is completely disrespectful and makes the patient feel like the doctor has better things to do than to care for the patient. I am new to the area and very disappointed that I chose this location. Unfortunately I have a follow-up and because of my limited schedule can not wait to see another doctor, but I do not recommend this place .

If I could give 10 Stars here, I would. This medical center is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is very professional and efficient. They care about your health concerns and treat you with respect. Karla responded to my questions and concerns very promptly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone !!
