I have been attending Del Mar to help with a hip injury and have had a great experience thus far. The staff is friendly, the center is very clean and well kept. Unlike other wellness centers, many of their services are researched, science-based methods of recovery that go much deeper than surface level. My favorite is their PEMF bed and the hyperbaric chamber, as an athlete who is constantly exploring new ways to maintain balance for my exercise program.

Lily is the best. She was so gentle starting my IV even though I hate needles . She made sure to calm my nerves and was so gentle through the whole process. The IV liquid had me feeling great after and i felt I had more energy and felt more refreshed after. Definitely will be coming back.

Been going to Del Mar Wellness since around October/November. I originally went for longevity purposes, but have since found support with some of my health challenges as well. The Theta Machine is a really unique experience, and the Red Light Bed is nothing like your at home red light devices; but the real winner is the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Whether its boosting your immune function, or healing from an injury/surgery, HBOT is truly game changing and Del Mar Wellness is a great place for it. On top of all that Damon, Sienna, and Ashley are incredibly inviting and make for a welcoming and reassuring wellness experience. Overall I recommend Del Mar Wellness 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Del Mar Med Spa! Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Damon at the front desk was so welcoming, always smiling and explaining everything in detail. I got Botox for my forehead with Nurse Lily, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m usually scared of injections, but she was amazing—I didn’t feel any pain at all! I also recently got Vitamin B and Vitamin D shots from Nurse Lily, and once again, she made the process easy and painless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for professional and caring service!

This place is incredible! Also, top notch service. I had the terrible head cold that’s been going around- I reached out via instagram DM and got a message back very quickly. Nurse lily took care of me and made the booking process so incredibly easy. She was so sweet and very Informative. I got an IV and was offered a discount for my first time going there, SCORE! It was about an hour long drip, I sat in a comfortable recliner while watching tv. They even offered me a blanket to make me more comfortable. They let me use the (I believe) hydrogenated oxygen, I was so relaxed. In 2 days I was feeling completely back to normal. All the other employees were very friendly and inviting. I will definitely be going back for other health needs! 100/10 recommend this place!!
