Here for routine procedure. The bathroom in the waiting room smells like an outhouse and has not been cleaned properly in probably a month or longer. Looks like a gas station bathroom. If the bathroom is allowed to be that way, what about the rest of the facilities. Do better. I tried to contact via email but this is really the only way unfortunately

Great value with friendly staff. I got passed over and ended up waiting over 2 hours to be seen, for a DOT physical. Once I got back it was quick and easy

Needed to follow up with someone for pain following a motor vehicle accident and was told they don't treat anyone involved in wrecks and that I would have to go to the ER. This was after I explained that I had already been treated at the ER and just wanted to follow up. Never heard of such nonsense.

I called the front office and asked if they had a doctor in, they told me yes, I get there to heat treated and they tell me they don’t treat mental health issues. And that they don’t even have a doctor in today only nurses practitioner. Worse experience ever.

I like them because at least they are open seven days a week When people actually need them on the weekends, not like you. Other clinics that are not open just because you don't want to be open and don't care. The people on the weekends actually do get hurt. You are the clinics, make me sick

If you have UNITED HEALTH CARE insurance. Don't waste your time I was told they don't except it. You need $135 or you need to go to the emergency room

Completely insufficient disabled parking when the parking lot is very spacious. Also, building looks neglected and dirty inside and out. Evidently staff have spoken to the owner about improvements (owner is a practicing doctor there) but their requests for improvements have fallen on deaf ears. Got a mammogram here. Got a call (weeks later) that they found a thickening of cells and I needed to come in again. Came in again and had a second mammogram. Got a call Thursday from a very young-sounding female staff member who said they'd found a very small nodule and I'd get a call from the scheduler momentarily to come back in six months for another mammogram. The person then rushed to assure me that she was sure it was nothing... right. Great, glad you can make such pronouncements with your vast medical knowledge... No call from the scheduler (this was a Thursday and she doesn't work on Fridays). Calling now to see if I can get an actual professional to talk to me.

Med-surg is certainly not like they used to be. I have been here for four hours and still waiting on the doctor to consult for a work physical.

It’s sad that all the money going in to healthcare produces such a poor service. I would not recommend this walk in clinic.
