Dr Alexa DeSilva is 💯 amazing.
She spends time explaining everything, she is so down to earth and so kind. She explains everything and she is so caring. I am lucky to have found her and all her staff amazing.

I've been a patient of Dr. De Silva for 20 years and would never consider going elsewhere. When the opportunity arises for me to consider changing my Medicare Advantage plan, I always ensure he remains my primary physician.
I doubt there's enough characters on this Google review for me to recount how many times he has gone above and beyond to give me the best of preventive care, the highest rated referrals to specialists, and he's supported me with my struggles with 5 diseases (autoimmune) and chronic pain. He is very conservative with prescriptions but he will always give you a hilarious joke upon request. That alone reduces my pain level.
His daughter and P.A., Alexa, is equally compassionate and personable. I dread the day he retires as I will take it as a personal loss.

I had an appointment for sever pain on my wrist and for a physical but when the receptionist called me the day before to confirm she asked if I have had cold symptoms which I did start getting that day so then she told me that I have to reschedule. So I guess this dr doesn’t like sick patient.

I was in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years
That being said, I have observed many doctors and their staff. Not all are good.
BUT, Dr. DeSilva, his staff, and his Daughter Alexis, and everyone in their practice are amazing, professional, and very caring. I honestly will never go anywhere else.

Good General MD who is great at diagnosing and treating skin issues and other problems. I'm fair skinned, he has frozen off a few precancerous lesions for me; no problems.
However, his daughter, a PA, is too heavy handed; I have a large white indentation on my forehead from her freezing off an area for way too long!!!

Had a nurse named Shirley who was very rude. I asked her if I could move my arm before she she took my pulse and O2 levels because she had me resting it on a sharp corner. She asked me to be quiet, then after asked what the problem was. When I told her, she said, “you’re the first person to ever complain about that” then proceeded to tell me I sound angry. Not sure how considering I was speechless with her I have never experienced a doctor visit like this in my life. Very unprofessional.

I have been a patient for over 30 years with Dr. DeSilva. He is personal and he knowledgeable. He does not over medicate and is very selective when recommending medications. He is practices preventative medicine. You can trust him and his diagnosis are on point.
