Dr. Maynoldi and his staff are the best primary care office in Orange Park! My husband and I have been patients here for a few years now and we have always been super happy with the care we receive. The staff are very attentive and prompt in returning phone calls, the time in the waiting room prior to an appointment is almost zero, and the doctor provides personal attention. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a superior primary care physician.

Referral to the physician- cardiologist and was greeted by your office administration staff with rudeness, unfamiliar and hung up on my inquiry. Nasty attitude as well was noticed on first visit.worst Dr office ever stay away if you want to stay healthy cold atmosphere

Dr. Maynoldi is the best doctor I have ever encountered.. He saved my husband life. He cares about his patients.My husband was left to die in New York Presbyterian hospital. In Florida no one knew what to do, but Dr. Maynoldi started searching and found a cure. God Bless him. I highly recommend him and his professional staff.

I've been his patient for about 6 months. Takes about 3 weeks to get an appointment. But I had an urgent issue and he got me in within a few days. I recommend Dr. Maynoldi for two reasons. First reason is, I went to him and asked if I could get some imaging done and without hesitation, Dr. Maynoldi said "absolutely". To me, this shows respect and willingness to work with his patients. Secondly, he has always made me aware of all my choices. He has told me everything regarding possible treatments and solutions. I love that he is open to finding what works and isn't set in his ways. I told him, I wasn't satisfied with the physical therapist I saw. He said, there's another place you can try. So now, I haven't completely shut the door on PT because of one bad experience. I really love his approach of working with his clients and the relationship we have developed. Everything has been positive except for two encounters with his phone receptionists.

*UPDATE* - I'm in need of a prescription refill for neuro-skeletal medication. I initiated the process in early December. In January, after several calls to the pharmacy and finding out Dr. Maynoldi's office is not responsing to their requests, I'm told I will need to schedule an office visit with Dr. Maynoldi to get them refilled. Dr. Maynoldi's office tells me the first available office visit is in April. Excuse me, that's 120 days with no medication. It's the end of February right now, and I'm in excruciating pain. I can't sleep. Withdrawal from these medications include seizures, high fever, anxiety, hallucinations, ect. As a result, I believe Dr Maynoldi has put my well-being at risk and has caused me unnecessary pain. Approx. 120days; 5-10 patients per day; that's roughly 1000 office visits Dr. Maynoldi and his staff have priorized above me not receiving my medication They won't even return my messages. It's terrible!! I'm seriously considering filing a claim for malpractice. Meanwhile, today, I changed my PCP. One more, negative experience I've encountered is no patient portal to view or download my records.

The absolute worst snd rudest doctors office I’ve ever dealt with. Half the time they don’t answer the phone. Maria, the office manager and doctor’s wife, will yell and cuss at you when you call! Very unprofessional!
