I’ve been a patient since 2018 and would recommend Dr Chalk to anyone. His worst and best attribute is the same thing - he takes his time with each patient and truly listens and does his best to make them feel seen, heard, safe, and cared for. It does tend to get him behind on appt time, but it is absolutely worth not feeling like just a paycheck to a doctor, and to never feel like the doctor is dismissive to your needs and concerns. The front office ladies are always super busy but friendly, efficient, and helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything better in this setting. 100/10 recommend!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I called to inquire about new patient requirements and before I could even get what I was saying out the receptionist cut me off and was extremely rude. I will not be calling here again ever! And gladly will not recommend anyone ever. If this is how they run their place of business this is sad.

Rude staff and rude nurse . Refuses to provide compassion over phone and in office . Check in and out staff nice & polite. Lab polite & never does he feel like cow being prodded. Why does a patient sign a wife or family member may be involved and share in care when it does no good at all. Very concerned about communication

Rude staff. Never have I met nurses with such bad attitudes. Dr. Chalk is great makes you feel like your his only client but his nurses need to go.

Very, very long wait time - however, when in the room, the doctor did not act rushed and spent plenty of time with you. Happy about this - just didn't like leaving the office at 7:30 pm!

Good family doctor. Explains everything to you. Very knowledgeable.
