Extremely impolite and rude. How do people expect you to get help when they make it impossible. I was told I HAVE to put a card on file for my appt to be secured. My parents live in California and still pay for my medical bills. I asked if I could have the hour to give my mom a call and have her call the office to put a card on file right away. I was told extremely condescendingly that no, I can write the card number down and then call back myself and reschedule the appointment. I was put on hold multiple times for no apparent reason and had to repeat myself multiple times. Not a kind person at all. I hope everyone is not like this, but I won’t find out cause I will be taking my business elsewhere. Especially paying $300 freaking dollars and being treated like that. Absolutely not. Not to mention they say they open at 8. I called prob 5 times between 8-9 trying to get ahold of someone before I went into work and all phones were OFF. Not even just busy- completely off. Unprofessional. Also HILARIOUS that all the “good” review are for the online course and all the “bad” reviews are about the people and practice in person. Might want to reevaluate your compassion and learn how to be a kind human, especially in this field. HAHAHAHA ALSO the fact that y’all feel you need to address ALL of the negative reviews on your website is a MAJOR RED FLAG.

This course has so much put into it my partner and I had done this personality test that really opened our eyes! This is definitely worth more money, then they charge for sure!!! Very good materials, and eye opening!!

My Fiancé and I both deeply enjoyed taking this course. We made a whole afternoon dedicated to exploring each topic and growing our relationship. The program is broken down into great segments that encouraged us to know and grow together. We would highly recommend this course to premarital couples. The activities and discussions made the minutes fly while gifting us tools for secure a long and happy marriage.
