Got a new air compressor from Tom and Hector. They are honest and told me exactly which unit to buy. Tom and Hector both came out prior to install to make sure the machine room can accommodate the new compressor. They are local and take care of their customers.

Dansereau Variable Speed Dry Vacuum Pump: I purchased a 3hp variable speed dry vacuum pump from Dansereau and had it installed 1 week ago. I am so impressed with how professional the installation went, the pump wiring was insulated inside conduit, secured and neatly arranged, Hector did an amazing job installing our vacuum pump. The Roadrunner variable speed pump is working fantastic, the pump idles when not in use and ramps up speed as more vacuum lines are opened. We have 8 op's and it provides excellent vacuum with all the chairs in use. The pump is very nice looking and you can tell it is made well and is heavy duty. Thank you to our salesman Bobby as he informed me about he $500 rebate that the EMWD is giving out and helped with the cost. Not to mention the cost of this unit is about 1/2 of the other big manufacturers, definitely worth buying Dansereau to save 50% compared to the big dental suppliers. I would also like to thank Harry Nelson whom I met at the California Dental convention, he was very informative and gave me insight to the in's & outs of the design and manufacture of this vacuum. Thank you Dansereau for a great product at a great price and made in the USA!

I ordered a base motor for one of my older dental chairs and was told by them that they don't have the exact matching motor . Based on that I decided not to fix it and leave the chair just as is. After a month, I surprisingly received a motor from them and assumed that it was the right part. My tech was able to come down to the office and look at it. He removed it from the box, unwraped it and confirmed that it is not the right part without even connecting wires because it has a completely different shank size.
I returned the motor to them as-is, hoping to get a credit. Unfortunately they told me the motor did not work after inspection and they did not even credit me a penny.

Great dental equipment made in America at a great price with a 10 year warranty. I get at least one compliment every day from patients telling me how comfortable these AM3 chairs are. They are heavy and solid. The units work great. The lights are bright and stay where you put them. The stools are the best I have ever used. The vacuum is quiet with great suction. Installation was done quickly and cheerfully by a guy named Tom who is the kind of guy you would like for a brother in law. Harry the owner cares about the equipment he designs and manufactures mostly right there in his facility in Corona, CA. All of this great equipment and service costs less than the well known names because they sell it to you directly instead of through the suppliers. Just for fun you should ask your supplier or equipment guy about this company, and you will find that they can't say enough bad about it (because they don't get a cut). Then ask a dentist like me who uses it and we can't say enough good about it.

I am in Canada. The shipping across the boarder was no problem at all and it didn't take very long. I bought 5 dental chairs, a compressor and a dry vac from Dansereau. The installation was easy because the support from Dansereau was amazing and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Never regret to go with Dansereau for any dental equipment.
