We was getting home health care from this company for my mother in law that is bedridden with a feeding tube they started out good and then it got to we're they was not coming and when I called we would get a run around that her visits was not approved through humans so I called humana to find out that all her visits was approved still no visits. So I called them again and they told me the same thing that her visits was not approved through humans. Humana called them for me and they told them that we had refused the visits when there nurse did not call us. So if you have cv home health care you might want to find you another home health care very aggrevated with this company.

3 weeks ago I requested an extra Rn visit for Very High Blood Pressure . Spoke with 2 Office personnel SEVERAL times, I left messages, My 3 nurses and they sent messages to the Director of Nursing, and I left a message for the Director of Nursing.
No Response.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
