I'm terrified of going to the dentist, which ultimately leads to significant problems in the long run. I finally went in and, naturally, needed a ton of work. The staff is friendly, polite, and professional. My wife and I have two dental insurances, and this office handles the billing portion very efficiently compared to our previous dentist's office. (It's a huge blessing that they know how to bill multiple insurances correctly.) The dentist is laid back but very nice. Needless to say, my trip was as pleasant as it could possibly be, especially considering the amount of work I had done. I also had one filling break a few months after they did it, and they fixed it free of charge without question or complaint. I also have horrible jaw issues with TMJ. The way they handled things left me with no jaw pain even after all the work. I will return when my insurance renews next year to complete the remainder of the work. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Their staff, hygienists, and dentist are so amazing! Great care, wonderful personalities, they don't make you feel judged and they listen to you. I've only been once, and I have a long road of repairs ahead of me, but I'm glad to say it's in their care. I recommend them 1000/10.

This was my first visit. The hygienist introduced herself and was considerate to me while examining, cleaning, and polishing. The dentist did not introduce himself, nor did I see his face. He did a quick exam, looked at the x-rays, and was gone. The assistant did not introduce herself but did a nice job with x-rays. The office ladies were pleasant. Arrive early if you need to complete paperwork. I didn't, so thankfully, they still had the time to examine AND clean my teeth. There is plenty of parking and the waiting room was spacious.

My first visit and very impressed. Heather is a rockstar great Hygienist, very informative and easy to communicate anything with, answers any questions. She is skillful, painless and efficient. I’ve seen a lot of Hygienists and she’s tops. Josiah was very good as well. Dr Swenson is very practical & doesn’t try to upsell you if it’s unesasary. The front desk very helpful and helped my wife on insurance since we just moved from out of state and our old company was not helping us. They have hi tech equipment for imaging & micro photos. They’re the whole package. You’ll love them!

Although they are booked out for about a week, it is worth the wait. Staff is friendly and the dentist assistants are as well…. The dentist was calming and reassuring, explaining everything and asked if I had any questions…. Then it sounded like my teeth were getting ripped out (it was actually completely painless) it was over so quickly that I didn’t have time to get psyched out about the whole thing! Definitely recommend this dentist!

I was in search of a family dental place that I could use through all the years of raising my three kids.I am so happy that I found Copper Vista Dental back then. From infants to puberty they have been there along the way and I have treated my children with kindness and respect every step of the way ….my kids have no fear of the dentist. My favorite thing about working with them over the years is that if an emergency comes up -they try to squeeze my child in the same day just to take a look and don’t charge me. They’ve been so easy to work with when it comes to insurance by accommodating every step of the way. I also like how their front desk remembers their clients and their clients needs. I’ve never once felt like anybody has dropped the ball or forgotten about us. If I have a question about anything it gets answered within 24 to 48 hours every time. I would also like to say that Copper Vista (from what I’ve noticed )has state of the art -top-of-the-line equipment and that has always impressed me for a smaller family dentist. I have sent many of my friends to Copper Vista and I’ve never heard of anybody having a bad experience. Including my grandmother with dementia -they were very kind with her disability

Definitely give this place a 5 stars. Went in with an emergency bad tooth they got me in first thing in the morning and within an hour I was walking out with one less tooth and no more pain. Staff here are AWESOME!
