My husband has received a few pair of custom made shoes from this company with no problems. I don't know if their is a new owner or not, but this year, everytime I call them. the person answering the phone is so nasty with me. I've called at least 4 times this year and each time she has been nasty and keep telling me that my insurance has not sent over the referral. When I call my husband's Dr. office, they tell me that they have sent it. Today she told me that she can't find it so it must be expired. I assured her that his Dr. just sent it to her in January and she told me then that she had it, but I had to wait until August. I called her in August and she said that she did not have it. I informed her that I again called his Dr. office and they confirmed that they had sent it already. After this conversation, she started screaming at me and when I asked for a supervisor, she started yelling that she is the owner and take my business else.
Stay clear of this business!!!

My podiatrist referred me to Custom Fit Pro Labs and even though it was a bit of a drive (I live in Miami), it was totally worth it. I suffer from severe flat feet and I fractured my big toe last year. Marc took his time in our initial meeting and he asked questions. The end was result was amazing as I ended up with a new pair of inserts, both with Morton's extensions. This is the 3rd pair of orthopedic inserts that I have ever purchased, and they are by far, the most comfortable. I do not experience any more pain from the toe injury, and I have been able to return back to physical activity without discomfort.

As I am a diabetic, Medicare pays for one pair of shoes per year. Mark Thigpen and his staff at Custom Fit Pro Labs have been supplying my needs for five years.They have a great selection of athletic shoes and stylish footwear. They always come through.

Last month I ruptured my achilles tendon, and my podiatrist ordered a walking boot. Mark came through again with great service and a friendly attitude. If you come in, ask him about my pork chop story!

I have had to get my shoes from different suppliers, depending on which insurance I have. Custom Fit Prolabs is the only provider that offers a variety of styles. I went for my fitting the 24th of March and was told my shoes would be here in 2 or 3 weeks. It has been almost 6 weeks and I’m still waiting. I tried calling the store to inquire about the delay but could not speak to a live person; just got a recording saying they will call us when the shoes arrive. If they don’t want to waste their time speaking to their customers, they might at least include an explanation on their recording.

I came to custom pro fit labs with a broken left ankle foot orthosis. The owner Mark Thigpen informed me that my braces broken parts were no longer made. Instead of suggesting I get a brand new brace(expensive) or turning me away Mark and his team worked diligently to repair my brace with the parts they had in stock making it work and completing it on that same business day. I was extremely grateful that he was able to do so and it became clear to me that this is not only his livelihood but his passion to help others. If you want someone who will take any challenge and work till its completed Mark and his team are definitely your best choice.
