I was referred by a doctor I work with. Took about 3 weeks to get in, which is normal in my experience. Dr. Chandra seems like a good doctor, asked all the questions and ran all the normal tests. However I was never referred to the specialists we agreed to, my follow-up appointment was canceled and when I called to reschedule they had an attitude as if they were irritated I called back, put me on hold for 40 mins before I hung up and got in with a different provider. I've had this experience a lot in Healthcare. The doctor is ok but the staff and follow-through is poor. Office was full when I did come though, so some people must be having a good experience. Mine could not meet my health needs.

Where do I begin? If I could rate them a zero star I would. Sadly my horrible experience is coming from two front desk workers of by the names of Laura and Amanda. At lease that is the names they gave me. I submitted my application to become a new patient at the middle of October. To date I haven’t received any type of application status. I’ve called in countless times to inquire. Finally I asked if they could just simply confirm with me that they do still have my application. I was told three different stories as to why they couldn’t confirm my application. I explained to them my concern over my personal and secure information and they owe it to their applicants to secure that information. Laura was just flat out rude and needs to be fired. Amanda just. continues to lie about things for no reason. You can tell Amanda wants to be nice and helpful but her support is holding her back. I am Astonished that this practice is up and functional. I highly advise you look somewhere else.
